What's included​

Month 1 — Comprehensive Assessment

I"ll take the time to understand the full picture of your health—leaving no stone unturned. Together, we’ll uncover the “why” behind your symptoms and begin creating a path forward.

Month 2 — Lab Review & Wellness Plan

Review comprehensive, functional labs to determine your next steps. Dr. Nicole will design an evidence-based wellness plan that may include nutrition recommendations, stress management, botanical medicine.
supplements, and lifestyle adjustments

Month 3 — Ongoing Support

Achieving true wellness is a journey. We will track your progress and adjust to develop a sustainable plan moving forward.​

• A three-month container to give you the care you deserve

• 4 sessions total- 1 at the start of each month, plus one additional session to wrap things up at the end of the third month

• Functional gut testing

• Functional sex and adrenal hormone testing

• A continuous glucose monitor
